I fell in love with chocolate making in 2015, and since then chocolate has been the most important part of my life. I make craft chocolate or what we also call ‘bean-to-bar’. Bean-to-bar is not only a label that defines chocolate that is made from scratch, from the cocoa beans, but also a philosophy, where the processes of making meet a real passion for fine cocoa. It’s also very much about creating a more sustainable way of making chocolate – from the sourcing of the cocoa beans to the packaging of the finished chocolate.
