I am a natural dyer, working exclusively with natural ingredients and plant dyes to create pure and natural colour using traditional natural dyeing techniques. I apply the plant colours to a range of natural fibres, homewares and accessories. I work for myself in my studio in Dublin, Ireland. I am mostly a one-woman show, but my daughter has been helping me lately. It’s been wonderful to have some help in the studio, and I’m hoping she’ll stick around.

I started this business in the kitchen and, after moving around a few different places, I’ve been in the same studio for a few years now. Based on the outskirts of Dublin, it is spacious and filled with light and has plenty of room for all my pots and buckets and piles of fibres. I source pure natural fibres and dyes from environmentally conscious suppliers. Lately, I have been focusing on typical Irish products such as scarves and blankets and recently sourced Irish alpaca yarn that we are making into products. I hope to continue to support the rich heritage of craftsmanship in Ireland.
