I am a furniture designer and maker working from my studio and workshop in rural West Cork, Ireland. I became a furniture maker for many reasons: a desire to work with my hands and to make beautiful things as well as a desire to be my own boss. In my work, I try to combine the highest level of craftsmanship with contemporary design. My goal is to produce world-class furniture that is beautiful, finely crafted and a real pleasure to interact with and use every day. I am a sole trader and have been a self-employed furniture maker for four years.
