I am Margaux, aged 33 and based in Barcelona, Spain. I created my studio, Saint Frison Textiles, in 2019, when I was still living in my beloved hometown, Paris. During my studies in a specialised arts school, where I followed an apprenticeship, I acquired the fundamental techniques of my future profession. That’s where it all started: the initiation to artisanal weaving ignited my passion for this ancestral know-how.

I then worked in a textile design studio, where I was able to enrich my knowledge and approach the world of interior design – for which I had already developed a taste – before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey.

As an independent textile designer and weaver, I create and develop collections of handwoven and bespoke furnishing fabrics by the yard, as well as decorative accessories and unique pieces made on a traditional handloom. Although my clients are mainly professionals – and typically, interior designers – my creations are also available to private customers.
