I work alone from my small workshop at home in Llandrindod Wells in Wales, in the UK. Entirely self-taught, I have been carving for 15 years. There is a great deal of satisfaction in producing something by hand. 

I’ve always had a strong desire to carve wood. So, in the absence of any teacher, I decided to apprentice myself, learning along the way and sometimes instinctively knowing how to go about the process.
